The SanRex DF75LA160 is a three phase bridge rectifier diode module, integrating six diodes in a compact isolated-base package. It is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1600V, with a non-repetitive peak (VRSM) of 1700V. The average rectified output current (Io) is 75A at a case temperature of 101°C under three phase full wave operation. Surge forward current (IFSM) is 910A peak for 50Hz or 1000A for 60Hz, non-repetitive.
The forward voltage drop (VFM) is 1.30V maximum at 75A instantaneous measurement. Reverse leakage current (IRRM) is 8mA maximum at 150°C junction temperature and rated voltage. The junction-to-case thermal resistance (Rth(j-c)) is 0.25°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, and storage temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The module has an isolation breakdown voltage (VISO) of 2500V AC for 1 minute.
