The DF6A6.8FUT2G from On Semiconductor is a quad unidirectional TVS diode array designed for ESD protection in voltage-sensitive equipment. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5 V and a breakdown voltage range of 6.4 V to 7.2 V at 5 mA test current. The device offers low leakage current of 1 µA at VRWM and typical capacitance of 40 pF at 0 V bias and 1 MHz.
This TVS array provides robust ESD protection meeting IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 with 16 kV air discharge and 8 kV contact discharge, as well as 16 kV HBM per MIL STD 883C.
