The DF63-2P-3.96DSA is a wire-to-board connector from Hirose's DF63 series, designed for internal power supply applications. It is a 2-position, single-row, through-hole header with a 3.96mm pitch. The connector features a shrouded 4-wall design that provides protection and prevents incorrect mating. It includes a latch holder for secure mating and a board guide for alignment. The header is rated for up to 15A when using 16 AWG wire, with lower ratings for smaller gauges. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 105°C. The insulation is black PBT glass-filled with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are brass with tin finish. The termination is solder.
