The DF60LA160 is a three phase full wave bridge rectifier diode module designed for high power rectification. It features six diodes in a three phase bridge configuration with an electrically isolated mounting base for simplified heatsink construction. Key specifications: Repetitive peak reverse voltage 1600V, non-repetitive peak reverse voltage 1700V, output current 60A (DC, three phase full wave, Tc=111°C), surge forward current 800A (peak, 1/2 cycle, 60Hz), maximum forward voltage drop 1.30V at 60A, maximum repetitive peak reverse current 8mA at Tj=150°C.
