The Toshiba DF2B6M4SL,L3F is a TVS diode (ESD protection diode) designed to protect semiconductor devices from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and noise. It is suitable for mobile device interfaces and other high-speed signal applications. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 5.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25V (typical 10V at 2A). It provides high ESD performance with ±20kV contact/air discharge per IEC61000-4-2. The low dynamic resistance (0.5Ω typ) and snapback characteristics help achieve low clamping voltage for effective protection. The diode comes in an ultra-compact SL2 package (0.32mm x 0.62mm) for high-density board layouts. It is surface mountable with a 2-SMD, no lead package design. The total capacitance is typically 0.2pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines. The device is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
