The Hirose DF17(4.0)-80DP-0.5V(57) is a 80-position, 0.5mm pitch board-to-board header connector from the DF17 series. It features a surface mount design with gold-plated contacts and includes board guide and solder retention features for reliable assembly. The connector is rated for 100mA current and 100V DC voltage, with a withstanding voltage of 150V AC for 1 minute. Contact resistance is 60mOhm maximum, and insulation resistance is 500MOhm minimum. The DF17 series is designed for applications requiring resistance to drop shock, such as mobile phones and LCD equipment. The connector supports mated stacking heights of 7mm and 8mm, and is rated for 50 mating cycles. The header uses a box structure for enhanced shock-proof, pinch-proof, and scoop-proof performance. Optional metal fittings are available for additional mechanical strength. The connector is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
