The DF1504S-T is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for surface mount applications and features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward rectified current of 1.5A at +40°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 50A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and has a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1.5A and +25°C.
This bridge rectifier is housed in a DF-S package with gull wing terminals and weighs approximately 0.38 grams. It is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited) per J-STD-020.
Typical applications include AC to DC conversion in power supplies and general purpose rectification circuits where a compact surface mount solution is required. The glass passivated die construction provides reliable performance and low leakage current.
