The DF1501S-T is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for surface mount applications and features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward rectified current of 1.5A at +40°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 50A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and has a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1.5A per element. Reverse leakage current is limited to 10µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C. The DF1501S-T is housed in a DF-S package with gull wing terminals finished in tin. It is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited). The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 1500 pieces per reel.
