The DF11-4DP-2DSA(24) is a 4-position, 2.00mm pitch through hole header from Hirose Electric's DF11 series. This double-row connector features a shrouded 4-wall design with detent lock fastening, ensuring secure mating. It is rated for 2A current and 250V voltage, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to 85°C. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ minimum at 500V DC, withstanding voltage of 650V AC for 1 minute without flashover, and contact resistance of 30 mΩ maximum at 100mA.
Mechanically, the header uses brass contacts with a tin plating of 1.00µm thickness. The insulation is made of black polyamide (PA) nylon with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contact length is 3.00mm, overall contact length is 7.60mm, and insulation height is 6.60mm.
