The DF10S-T is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is rated for an average rectified current of 1.0A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V. The device can handle a non-repetitive forward surge current of 50A peak (8.3 ms single half sine wave).
The rectifier is housed in a surface mount DF-S package (4-SMD, Gull Wing) with tin-plated terminals that are solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and weighs approximately 0.38 grams. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C (junction).
The DF10S-T is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (green device). Moisture sensitivity level is Level 1 per J-STD-020. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 1500 pieces per reel.
