It is designed for general purpose AC/DC full wave rectification in applications such as SMPS, lighting ballasts, adapters, battery chargers, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication equipment.

 

Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 V, maximum RMS voltage of 700 V, and maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000 V. The average rectified forward current is 1 A at an ambient temperature of 40 °C when mounted on a PCB with 0.51" x 0.51" copper pads. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 50 A (single half sine-wave). The forward voltage is 1.1 V maximum at 1 A, and reverse leakage current is 5 µA maximum.

 

The device is housed in a DFS case (4-SMD, Gull Wing) and is surface mountable for automated placement. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102. The part is RoHS3 compliant and meets MSL level 1 (unlimited) with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 °C. It is UL recognized under file E54214. Operating junction temperature range is -55 °C to +150 °C.
