The DF06S-E3/45 is a miniature glass-passivated single-phase bridge rectifier from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose AC/DC full-wave rectification in applications such as SMPS, lighting ballasts, adapters, battery chargers, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V, average forward output current of 1A, and peak forward surge current of 50A. Forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A, and reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C. Junction capacitance is 25pF at 4V. The device offers high surge current capability and is ideal for automated placement.
The rectifier is housed in a DFS surface-mount package with gull wing leads.
