The DF04S is a single phase bridge rectifier designed for converting AC to DC in power supply applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 1.5A at 40°C ambient. The forward voltage is typically 0.94V and maximum 1.1V at 1.5A and 25°C, enabling efficient operation. The device offers a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 50A (8.3ms half-sine wave) and an I2t rating of 10 A²s, providing robustness against inrush currents. The bridge rectifier is housed in a 4-SMD gull wing package (DFS) for surface mount assembly, saving board space. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a power dissipation of 3.1W. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 62°C/W (single-die, max land pattern). The device is lead-free, halogen-free (green molding compound), and UL certified (E258596). It is suitable for general purpose AC-DC conversion in power supplies, adapters, and other applications requiring compact bridge rectification.
