The DF02M is a 1A, 200V single phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DF005M-DF10M series. It features glass passivated die construction for reliable performance, a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V maximum at 1A, and a surge overload rating of 50A peak for 8.3ms. The device is designed for printed circuit board applications and is housed in a compact 4-EDIP (0.300", 7.62mm) DFM through-hole package. Electrical characteristics include a peak reverse current of 10µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C, typical total capacitance of 25pF, and an I²t rating of 10.4 A²s.
