The DF01S is a single phase bridge rectifier from onsemi, part of the DFxS family. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 1.5A. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 50A and has an I2t rating of 10 A^2s. Forward voltage is typically 0.94V at 1.5A and 25°C, with a maximum of 1.1V.
The rectifier uses glass passivated junctions for reliability and is designed for surface mount assembly in a 4-SDIP package with Gull Wing leads. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a power dissipation of 3.1W. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 62°C/W with a max land pattern.
