The DESD5V0U1BA-7 is a low capacitance bidirectional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for ESD protection in sensitive electronic circuits. It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact discharge capability of ±10kV. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a typical clamping voltage of 7.2V at 3A peak pulse current (8/20μs waveform).
With a typical channel input capacitance of only 2.9pF at 1MHz, this diode is well-suited for high-speed data line protection where signal integrity is critical.
