The DESD5V0L2BTQ-7 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for ESD protection in high-speed data interfaces. It features two bidirectional channels capable of handling 230W peak pulse power (8/20 μs) and 15A peak pulse current. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection requirements with ±30kV contact and air discharge ratings.
This TVS diode is suitable for protecting USB modules, HDMI ports, and LVDS interfaces in automotive and consumer electronics. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package with matte tin lead finish and UL 94V-0 flammability rating. It is supplied on 7-inch reels with 8 mm tape width, 3000 units per reel. The DESD5V0L2BTQ-7 is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
