The DESD32VS2SO-7 is a Zener-type TVS diode designed for ESD and surge protection on CAN/LIN bus lines. It provides one bidirectional channel and two unidirectional channels. Key electrical specifications include a 32V reverse standoff voltage, 34V minimum breakdown voltage, and 50V clamping voltage at 4A peak pulse current (8/20 µs).
