The DESD24VF1BLQ-7B is a bi-directional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It is suitable for automotive applications and is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. Typical applications include USB modules, HDMI ports, and LVDS interfaces.
This device offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 25V and a peak pulse current of 1A (8/20µs). It features an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.3pF at 1MHz, making it ideal for high-speed data lines. The TVS diode provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact discharge of ±13kV and air discharge of ±14kV.
The DESD24VF1BLQ-7B is housed in a surface-mount X1-DFN1006-2 package (0402 metric), with a low profile of 0.53mm max. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The device is totally lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen and antimony free (green).
