The DESD18VS1BLP3-7 is a bidirectional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a clamping voltage of 23V, with a typical capacitance of 0.3pF at 1MHz.
