The DDZX5V1B-7 is a surface mount precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, offering a nominal Zener voltage of 5.1V with a tight ±3% tolerance. It is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 300mW on an FR-4 PCB, making it suitable for low-power voltage regulation and clamping applications.
