The DDZX18C-7 is a precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for voltage regulation applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 18V with a tight tolerance of ±3% and a maximum power dissipation of 300mW. The diode offers a low impedance of 23Ω and a very low reverse leakage current of 50nA at 14V reverse voltage. The forward voltage is 900mV at 10mA. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is packaged in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 case, which is suitable for automated assembly. The component is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and halogen and antimony free. It is also moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
