DDZ9711T-7

The DDZ9711T-7 is a 27V Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DDZ9689T-DDZ9717T series. It features a nominal zener voltage of 27V with a tolerance of ±5%, corresponding to a voltage range of 25.65V to 28.35V at a test current of 50µA. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW, with a thermal resistance of 833°C/W when mounted on FR-4 PCB with recommended pad layout. Forward voltage is typically 0.9V at 10mA, and reverse leakage current is 50nA maximum at 20.4V. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and can be stored in the same range.

The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-523 (SC-79) package, with matte tin annealed over Alloy 42 leadframe terminals and a cathode band marking. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The component is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020D.
