The DDZ9689Q-7 is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for low current applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 5.1V specified at a low test current of 50µA, making it suitable for battery-powered and portable devices where low bias is desired.
This diode can dissipate up to 500mW of power when mounted on an FR-4 PCB with a lead temperature of +75°C. It features a maximum forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA and a low reverse leakage current of 5µA at 3V. The junction-to-ambient and junction-to-lead thermal resistances are 340°C/W and 150°C/W respectively.
The device is housed in a SOD-123 package with matte tin annealed over Alloy 42 leadframe and a cathode band terminal connection. It is rated for operation from -65°C to 150°C and is moisture sensitivity Level 1 per J-STD-020. The DDZ9689Q-7 is fully RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free.
