The DDZ9685-7 is a surface mount Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the DDZ9678-DDZ9717 series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 3.6V at a test current of 50µA, with a tolerance of ±5%. The device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 500mW when mounted on an FR-4 PCB at 75°C lead temperature.
This Zener diode is specified at a low test current of 50µA, making it suitable for low bias and portable battery-powered applications. Typical forward voltage is 0.9V at 10mA, and reverse leakage current is 7.5µA maximum at 2V. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
