The DDZ27ASF-7 is a precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for voltage regulation and reference applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 24.89V with a tight tolerance of ±3% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on standard FR-4 PCB. The device is characterized by a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA and a reverse leakage current of 70nA at 23V. The maximum Zener impedance is 70Ω at 1kHz.
Packaged in a SOD-323F surface mount package, this diode is suitable for automated assembly processes.
