The DDZ18C-7 is a precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for surface mount applications. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 18V with a tight ±3% tolerance, making it suitable for voltage reference and regulation circuits.
With a maximum power dissipation of 500mW (at TL=+75°C) and a low reverse leakage current of 50nA at 14V, this diode offers stable performance across a wide operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The maximum Zener impedance is 23Ω at the test current, and the forward voltage is typically 900mV at 10mA.
The device is housed in a SOD-123 package with matte tin annealed over Alloy 42 leadframe terminals and a cathode band for polarity identification. It is fully RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020, ensuring reliability in automated assembly processes.
