The DDZ15BSF-7 is a surface mount precision zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, offering a nominal zener voltage of 14.26V with a tight ±3% tolerance. It is designed to dissipate up to 500mW of power, making it suitable for general voltage regulation and clamping applications in low-power circuits.
This diode provides a maximum forward voltage of 0.9V at 10mA and a typical zener impedance of 40 ohms. Reverse leakage current is limited to 70nA at 13.2V, ensuring low power loss in standby conditions. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to +150°C.
