The DDZ13BSF-7 is a precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 12.88V with a tight tolerance of ±3%, ensuring accurate voltage regulation.
With a maximum power dissipation of 500mW (on FR-4 PCB), this diode is suitable for low-power voltage regulation, overvoltage protection, and clamping circuits. The device features a maximum Zener impedance of 35Ω at the test current and a reverse leakage current of only 70nA at 11.9V.
