The DDZ12B-7 is a 12V precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a compact SOD-123 surface-mount package. It provides a nominal zener voltage of 12V with a tight ±2.5% tolerance, ideal for voltage reference and regulation circuits.
