The DDZ10DSF-7 is a precision zener diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It offers a nominal zener voltage of 10.19V with a tolerance of ±2%, suitable for voltage regulation and reference applications. This device is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on standard FR-4 PCB.
