The DDTC124EUA-7-F is an NPN pre-biased small signal surface mount transistor from Diodes Incorporated. It integrates two 22kΩ biasing resistors (R1 and R2) which simplifies circuit design by reducing external component count. The device is designed for general-purpose switching and inverter applications.
Key electrical specifications: collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of 50V, collector current (Ic) of 100mA, and power dissipation of 200mW. DC current gain (hFE) is minimum 56 at 5mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage. Maximum VCE saturation is 300mV at 500µA base current and 10mA collector current. Transition frequency is 250 MHz.
The transistor is housed in a SOT-323 surface-mount package (SC-70 compatible), weighing approximately 0.008 grams. It is supplied on tape and reel with 3,000 units per reel. The device is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and MSL Level 1. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive applications. Complementary PNP types are available in the DDTA series.
