DDC144EU-7-F

The DDC144EU-7-F is a dual NPN pre-biased small signal surface mount transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It integrates two NPN transistors with built-in 47kΩ base and base-emitter resistors, simplifying circuit design by reducing external component count. The device is rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 50V and a continuous collector current of 100mA, with a power dissipation of 200mW. It offers a transition frequency of 250MHz and a minimum DC current gain of 68 at 5mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is 300mV maximum at 500µA base current and 10mA collector current.

The transistor is housed in a surface-mount SOT-363 package (6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363), which is molded from green plastic compound and has matte tin plated terminals. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. The device has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0 and a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. It is suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control, being AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.

Typical applications include signal switching, amplifier stages, and logic level shifting in space-constrained designs where integration of biasing resistors is beneficial. The part is supplied on 7-inch reels with 8mm tape width, in quantities of 3000 pieces per reel.
