The Schurter Inc. DD12.4111.111 is a compact power entry module integrating an IEC 320-C14 appliance inlet, a 2-pole rocker switch, a fuseholder for 5x20mm fuses, and an EMI/RFI line filter in a single unit. It is rated for 4A at 250VAC and designed for panel mount screw-on installation from the front side. The module features quick connect terminals (6.3x0.8mm), V-Lock notch for cord retention, and a thermoplastic black housing with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrical characteristics include dielectric strength greater than 1.7kVDC between L-N and 2.7kVDC between L/N-PE, leakage current less than 0.5mA (standard) or less than 5µA (medical), and protection class I. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C with a climatic category of 25/085/21. The filter is available in standard and medical versions, with the medical version meeting IEC/UL 60601-1 requirements.
The module accommodates 1- or 2-pole fuseholders (Shocksafe PC2) and supports fuse power acceptance of 2W per pole (1-pole) or 1.6W per pole (2-pole). The switch is a non-illuminated rocker type, suitable for highest inrush current applications.
