DD-500

The MEPCO Dispense Master DD-500 is a desktop dispensing platform engineered for diverse applications such as bonding, dispensing, welding, and SMT systems. Its design allows the dispense valve to move in X, Y, and Z directions, simplifying programming. The standard work area measures 320 x 420mm, and it can dispense up to 12,000 dots per hour.

This platform is compatible with a wide variety of dispense valves, including two-component mixer heads. Materials can be fed from standard cartridges, larger tanks, or transfer pumps. Applications include dispensing gaskets, liquid seals, Glob-Tops for component protection, and adhesives for bonding parts. The integrated pulsed air dispenser with vacuum control handles various fluid viscosities directly from a syringe. An electrical signal is available for electrically driven dispense valves, enabling applications like dispensing solder paste dots and SMD adhesives.

Combined with fiducial alignment and CAD conversion software, the Dispense Master DD-500 is suitable for high-mix SMT requirements. The Windows-based user interface offers graphical visualization and allows for programming complex patterns including dots, lines, arcs, circles, areas, spirals, and fills. Its library structure enables storage of dot sizes and line widths for efficient parameter management.
