The ITT Cannon DCM8W8S is a D-Sub Combo receptacle housing for female contacts. It features a 8W8 contact arrangement with 8 empty size 8 cavities for coax or power contacts. The housing is panel mount with an unthreaded flange and is made of steel with a yellow chromate over zinc finish.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 7.5 A for signal contacts, contact resistance of 10 mOhm max, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC at sea level. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a salt spray resistance of 20 hours. The insulator is black thermoplastic PCT, UL 94V-0 rated. It accepts wire gauges from AWG 8 to 26 and is rated for 50 mating cycles.
