The DCM-8W8S-A197 is a D-Sub combo receptacle housing from ITT Cannon's COMBO D series. It is designed to accept female coax or power contacts (solder pot type) in a single-row 8W8 contact arrangement (8 size 8 cavities). The housing is panel mount with two unthreaded flange holes for mounting.
Key specifications: Shell material is steel with tin plating, providing shielding and durability. The insulator is black thermoplastic (PCT, UL 94V-0). Contacts are copper alloy with gold flash (Performance Class 3). Wire gauge range is 8-26 AWG. The mounting method uses .120" (3.05mm) through hole. Rated for 50 mating cycles.
