The ITT Cannon DBM-25S is a 25-position D-sub receptacle connector with female sockets, part of the D*M series. It is designed for panel mount applications with an unthreaded housing/shell flange and solder cup termination, accommodating wire gauges from 20 AWG to 28 AWG. The connector features gold over nickel plated copper alloy contacts, rated for 7.5 A maximum current with a contact resistance of 7.5 mOhm maximum. Dielectric withstanding voltage is 1000 VAC at sea level. The insulator is made of black thermoplastic PCT, rated UL94 V-0, and the steel shell has a yellow chromate over zinc finish. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum of 200 mating cycles. This connector is suitable for signal-level interconnections in industrial, telecommunications, instrumentation, and aerospace systems where reliable performance is required.
