The DBLC05CI-7 is a bidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It features an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.6pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines such as Ethernet and USB interfaces. The device provides ESD protection in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2, with a minimum contact discharge withstand of ±27kV and air discharge of ±30kV.
The DBLC05CI-7 has a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V and a maximum peak pulse current of 17A (8/20µs waveform). It is capable of handling 350W of peak pulse power. The device is housed in a small surface-mount SOD323 package, suitable for space-constrained designs. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
This TVS diode is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. It is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The DBLC05CI-7 is ideally used in applications requiring high-speed data line protection, including 10/100/1000 Base-T Ethernet, handheld wireless systems, and USB interfaces.
