The Panasonic DB2S31600L is a surface-mount Schottky diode designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 100mA, making it suitable for signal rectification and protection circuits.
With a typical forward voltage of 550mV at 100mA and an ultra-fast reverse recovery time of 800ps, this diode minimizes power loss and enables efficient high-frequency operation. The diode capacitance is 2pF at 10V and 1MHz, supporting clean signal integrity.
