The DB2230400L is a Schottky barrier diode from Panasonic Electronic Components, designed for rectification applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 1A at a lead temperature of 80°C.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 0.46V typical at 0.5A and 0.53V typical at 1A, which helps reduce power dissipation. The reverse recovery time is 20ns typical, enabling fast switching. Reverse leakage current is 30µA maximum at 30V, and junction capacitance is 59pF at 10V and 1MHz. The diode can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 30A.
The device is housed in a surface mount SOD-123F package (supplier package Mini2-F4-B) and is supplied in embossed tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
