The DAP222TL is a dual common anode switching diode array from ROHM Semiconductor, housed in a compact EMD3 (SC-75A/SOT-416) surface mount package. It is designed for ultra high speed switching applications, with a reverse recovery time of 4 ns (typical) and a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 100mA.
This diode array offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 80V and a DC reverse voltage of 80V. It can handle a forward current of 300mA (single) and an average rectified forward current of 100mA. The device is rated for a peak surge current of 4A (t=1μs) and has a power dissipation of 150mW.
The DAP222TL is built with silicon epitaxial planar technology, ensuring high reliability. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and has a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The package is ultra-small, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
Typical applications include high speed switching circuits, signal processing, and other general purpose switching functions. The device is available in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
