The ROHM Semiconductor DAN222TL is a dual common cathode diode array designed for general purpose switching applications. Each diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current of 100mA, with a typical forward voltage of 1.2V at 100mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns typical, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
The diodes are configured as a common cathode pair in a single surface mount package. The SC-75 SOT-416 package (supplier device package EMD3) enables compact PCB layouts. Maximum junction temperature is 150°C. Reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 70V.
This diode array is commonly used in signal switching, clamping, and protection circuits where space is constrained and two isolated or common-cathode diodes are required.
