The Littelfuse D8015L is a standard recovery silicon rectifier diode designed for DC phase control applications, particularly with motor loads. It belongs to the Dxx15L series and is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800V. The device can handle an RMS forward current (IF(RMS)) of 15A at a case temperature of 90°C, and an average forward current (IF(AV)) of 9.5A. It features a surge capability of 225A (non-repetitive, 60Hz) and a fusing I²t value of 210 A²s.
