The D5V0X1BA2LP-7B is a bidirectional TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with contact discharge up to ±25kV and air discharge up to ±30kV. The device has a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5V and a clamping voltage of 17V at 4A peak pulse current. With an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.5pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed data lines. The diode is housed in a compact X1-DFN1006-2 surface mount package, measuring 1.08mm x 0.68mm with a maximum height of 0.53mm. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. Typical applications include cellular handsets, portable electronics, and computers.
