The D5V0P4URL6SO-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a high-performance TVS diode array offering four channels of steering (rail-to-rail) ESD protection. It is designed to safeguard high-speed I/O ports such as HDMI, USB 2.0, DVI, and PCI interfaces. The device provides a typical reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V with a clamping voltage of 6V at 5A (8/20µs) and 7.5V at 12A (TLP).
Electrical characteristics include an ultra-low typical capacitance of 2.4pF at 1MHz, ensuring signal integrity on high-speed data lines. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection levels of 30kV air and contact discharge, and IEC 61000-4-5 lightning surge immunity up to 20A (8/20µs). Dynamic resistance is 0.15Ω (TLP), contributing to excellent clamping performance.
Packaged in a surface-mount SOT-26 (SOT-23-6) package with matte tin plated leadframe, the device is lightweight (0.016g) and suitable for automated assembly. It is totally lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and fully RoHS compliant. The part is also MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020.
