The D5V0P4UR6SO-7 is a 4-channel low capacitance TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD and surge events.
This rail-to-rail steering TVS offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 4.5V and typical clamping of 6V. It can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A (8/20µs) and 45A (VCC to VSS) per IEC 61000-4-5. ESD protection reaches ±30kV air and contact per IEC 61000-4-2.
Typical channel input capacitance is only 2.1pF, making it suitable for high-speed ports such as USB 2.0, HDMI, and Serial ATA. The device is supplied in a SOT-26 package with matte tin terminals, rated MSL Level 1, and is RoHS3 compliant and halogen-free.
