The D5V0M2B3LP-7B is a 2-channel bi-directional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V, and a clamping voltage of 14V at a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs). The device can handle a peak pulse power of 130W and offers a low typical capacitance of 28pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines.
