The D5V0M1U2LP3-7 is a single channel unidirectional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for ESD protection in portable electronics. It delivers ±30kV ESD protection (contact and air) per IEC61000-4-2 and handles 10A (8/20µs) peak pulse current with 120W peak pulse power.
This device features a low capacitance of 55pF at 1MHz, a maximum leakage current of 500nA at 5V, and operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The breakdown voltage is 6.2V minimum at 1mA.
Housed in a compact X3-DFN0603-2 surface mount package, the D5V0M1U2LP3-7 is totally lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen and antimony free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 pieces per reel.
