The D5V0L1B2WS-7 is a bidirectional TVS diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for ESD protection in sensitive electronics. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 14V at a peak pulse current of 3A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle a peak pulse power of 84W and a peak pulse current of 6A under the same test condition. With a low leakage current of typically 10nA (max 100nA) at 5V, it ensures minimal power consumption in standby.
This TVS diode provides ESD protection up to ±30kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, making it suitable for portable electronics, cellular handsets, communication systems, and computers. The low channel input capacitance of 15pF at 1MHz preserves signal integrity in high-speed data lines. It is not intended for power line protection.
Packaged in a surface-mount SOD-323 (SC-76) case, the device weighs approximately 0.004 grams. It is supplied on tape and reel with 3000 units per reel.
